GENERAL PESTS
Routine treatments designed to prevent common household pests. General pests do not require pre inspection in order to treat.

NON -GENERAL PESTS
Inspection by technician is required to diagnose prior to treatment depending on severity. These treatments can be extensive and may require the customer to prep their home in order for us to address their concern. Follow up visits will be provided as necessary.
GERMAN COCKROACH
Infestations require targeted treatments and specialized products, as they reproduce rapidly and resist common pesticides.
HORNETS/BEES
Removal requires specialized treatment, PPE, and targeted insectisides due to the aggressive nature of stinging pests.
BEDBUGS
Treatments require specialized methods and thorough applications as they are resistant to many pesticides and hide in hard to reach areas.
CARPET BEETLES
Control requires targeted treatments and thorough inspections as the larvae can damage fabrics, furniture, and other natural materials.
FLEAS/TICKS
Specialized treatment plans due to their unique life cycles, resilience, and the health risks they pose to both humans and pets.
CARPENTER ants
Specialized treatment because they tunnel through wood, risking structural damage to homes and buildings.
RODENT SERVICES

An inspection of the property will be needed in order to determine the severity, how many bait traps are needed and what type.
BAITING
Bait stations are placed on outside of property to reduce populations.
EXCLUSION
Point of entry will be determined and may require closure. This will be determined at appointments.

Upon inspection severity and location will be determined.
